ORDERS: Orders placed on any given business day by 1:30
pm EST may ship the same day, and if not, within 24-48 hours (business days) of your
order. (See Standard Shipment and Delivery Options below for delivery

Note: PlushToySafari may ship via UPS, FedEx or The U.S. Postal Service. There will be an extra charge for shipping over-sized items. Extra shipping charges will also apply for overnight, early morning deliveries and Saturday deliveries by request only. Sunday and Holiday deliveries are not available.
OVERSIZED LARGE STUFFED ANIMALS NOTE:
All Oversize items are shipped in the USA only by Ground freight. We will be happy to price quote all oversize and large quantity orders. Please contact us at (786) 877-6830.
Shipping costs and times are not standardized for animals from the Large Stuffed Animal list, so we will coordinate with you after you place your order. Ordering one of these extra special large stuffed animals will be handled on a very personal basis by our staff, who will contact you as soon as they receive your order.
E-CHECK PURCHASES - USE PAYPAL PAYMENT OPTION: Please be aware that all
purchases made via e-check will be processed as soon as the e-check
clears our account. Clearance for e-checks may take up to 4 business
days. Once your e-check clears, your purchased item(s) will be shipped
under the normal shipping arrangements stated on this page unless you
request special delivery options.

item(s) will be shipped

STANDARD SHIPPING: Our shipping carrier is UPS and once
packages have been picked up, shipments are generally delivered within
2 - 7 days within the 48 contiguous U.S. States via UPS Ground. However, we may also use Federal Express or the United States Postal Service. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping fees. If this is the case, you will be contacted by one of our excellent sales representatives.
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA: Many of our stuffed animal products are also available for shipment to Canada.

Please supply us with the shipping address and product you are interested in so

Once again, all International Buyers: Duties, taxes, brokerage and related importing fees are the customer’s responsibility. You may estimate our shipping rates to be in the range of $2.25 per pound, however this is just an estimate.
Any fees quoted do not include related importing fees that may incur upon arrival of the shipment to its destination. Related importing fees are determined at the time of arrival and can not be estimated since this is dependent on the arrival government's policies and regulations.
DELIVERY OPTIONS: We do offer Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select, however these other UPS Options will be provided at an additional cost. Please contact customerservice@plushtoysafari.com for rates before making your purchase if you would like one of these options. We will contact you usually within a 4-8 hours, but if not, then within 24 hours.
BACK ORDERS:
Some of our items may be obtained on back order. If you have purchased an item that is no longer available, we will immediately contact you to give you the option of either purchasing said item with the understanding that shipment on said item will go out when available, purchasing another item or providing you with a full refund on your purchase. If you would like for us to let you know when an unavailable item becomes available, we will gladly oblige via your contact information.
GUARANTEE:

TAXES:
Florida Residents are responsible to pay a 6.0% Sales Tax plus an additional .25 to 1.5% additional Discretionary Sales Surtax depending on County of residence.

RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Returns will be accepted only on damaged merchandise or manufacturing defects (as determined by Manufacturer).
- Customers must contact customerservice@plushtoysafari.com before returning a product in order to obtain an authorization number and ship-to address. You must meet all requirements for a return before authorization will be given.
- A Dealer initiated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before a return can be accepted.
- Returns must be in the original packaging, having not been assembled and must be in "like new" condition suitable for resale.
- Returns will be replaced or repaired at discretion of Manufacturer. Replacement will ONLY be for the same model.
- A canceled order will be credited in the full amount ONLY if product has not shipped.
- An
order cancelled while product is in transit will be subject to a
restocking fee, the cost of the original shipment, plus the cost of the return freight. Non-defective
returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original freight charges will not be refunded.
- Any refused/non-deliverable shipments will be subject to the original
shipping costs, the shipping
costs associated with the return shipment and a 20% restocking fee. Once we receive
the returned merchandise and inspect the item(s), a product refund will be issued
within 10 business days, less the 20% restocking fee, original shipping fee and return shipping fee. Shipping charges
are never refundable. If original payment was made with a charge card, a credit
will be posted to the same card. Purchases made by check will be refunded by
check.
- Unless the product was damaged upon receipt, all returns must be shipped prepaid freight. This
means that customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the
address supplied when the return was requested and for paying for said
shipping.
- Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to PlushToySafari.com or its associated warehouses. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing or damaged, PlushToySafari.com's Return Procedure will be breached and PlushToySafari.com may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose necessary charges against the customer for replacement of the missing or damaged component(s).
- Received orders may not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless merchandise is found to be defective as noted above.
- If
conditions for the product return as stated above are met, a dealer
initiated RMA will be issued to you and this return authorization
number (RA #) must be marked on your return package. With the exception
of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will
be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a
restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or
date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in
original packaging, unused, in original condition and received at the
address directed for returns within 15 days of your original receipt of
the product. Item will be inspected prior to replacement or repair.
- On any of our costume products, no returns, exchanges, refunds unless merchandise is found to be defective. There is a $6 fee for any order cancellation.
- **EXCEPTION: Purr-Fection Products Manufacturer Return Policy (SKU: Starts with"PF") - Current items, non discontinued items, can be returned for credit if sent to Purr-Fection freight pre-paid. You must contact customerservice@plushtoysafari.com before returning a product in order to obtain a return authorization number and ship-to address. A restocking fee may apply.
